A production background and overlay from the Nickelodeon Studios animated series "The Ren and Stimpy Show" (1991-1996). Featuring a table and chair in front of one of the signature style colored backdrops from the show, the hand-painted background was created at the studio and used during the animation process. Both layers are actual pieces of animation that were photographed and appear in the episode titled "Terminal Stimpy," which aired on December 9, 1995. Measuring 11"x13.5" overall, with the character image measuring 10.25"x12.75", the setup is in very good condition with minimal edge wear.
